This is where it all began: When a lawyer-turned-yogi teaching his classes to hip hop music was affectionately named a 'spiritual gangster' by his students. From that moment, a brand—and more than that, a movement—was born. Since 2008, Spiritual Gangster has grown from a yoga studio house brand into a global phenomenon.
Our name reflects the harmony of opposites within each of us: edgy and soft, silly and soulful. On this journey, we seek balance between Yin and Yang energies, allowing them to constantly flow into one another. Fueled by finding alignment and raising our vibration, Spiritual Gangster is a community of like-minded people—rebellious, free-spirited, and alive.
