“Goddess Energy to me is just being in your full being. It doesn’t matter what other people think, it's just knowing who you are at the end of the day. It's feminine, it's sure, and it's lovely.”

How do you reconnect to your Goddess Energy?
“When I need to reconnect to my goddess energy due to a funk, it happens all the time, I literally sit with myself in silence and I stare into that mirror and sometimes I’ll even talk to myself and I’ll recognize who’s talking back.”

Who do you think of when you think of Goddess Energy?
“When I think of a goddess, there is a combination. There’s an author named Toni Morrison, mixed with another author named Octavia Butler, mixed with the planet Venus, mixed with Erica Badu.”

“To me goddess energy is being unapologetically yourself. It's showing up as who you want to be that day for who you are.”

“Goddess Energy is fierce. It’s honesty. And being yourself.”

How do you reconnect to your Goddess Energy?
“When I want to reconnect with my goddess energy, I like to go out in nature, I like to spend time alone. I like to do a workout, I like to eat healthy, I try to go from the inside out, like mind and body. And then afterwards when I feel a little level, I feel like a goddess again."

Who do you think of when you think of Goddess Energy?
“When I think of goddess energy, I think of the women around me. I think of my mom. I think of all my friends, even when they are down there is still a goddess in them. I think of all of us.”

“To me goddess energy means the confidence to simply be yourself and come exactly as you are everywhere you go because you are enough. Let that shine.”

How do you reconnect to your Goddess Energy?
“I get out of a slump by taking a step back, I try to reprioritize and remember what is important to me. My health, my wellness, my family. All the answers you think you are looking for are, they're in your mind, they’re in your heart, in your spirit. Just coming back to yourself, that’s how you reconnect and get that goddess energy going."

Who do you think of when you think of Goddess Energy?
“When I think about goddess energy, I think about my mother. I think about the line of women I came from. I think about my best friends, my cousins. I think about the women that make me feel like hell yeah."
