To redeem your loyalty points for rewards, follow these steps:

• Head to our online checkout or to your loyalty points dashboard.
• At checkout, there will be a drop-down to exchange your points for a discount.
• On the dashboard, scroll down to the middle of the page and select your desired discount to exchange your points. To use your discount code, copy and paste it into the appropriate box at checkout.

Please note that if you choose to claim a discount through the dashboard, your points will be permanently deducted. If you don’t use your discount code immediately at checkout, you can always access it again for a future purchase through the “Rewards History” section of the dashboard.

Please note that some of our promotional offers cannot be combined with the Good Karma Club points. Please check the Good Karma Club Discount Terms and Conditions or the terms of any of our current offers for additional details.  

Everyone starts in the Intention tier. To reach the Alignment tier, you need to spend $350+ over the course of a year. To reach the Enlightenment tier, you need to spend $1000+ over the course of a year. The tier status will last 1 year from the date you earned it on a rolling basis.

Good Karma Club discount codes must be entered at online checkout to redeem the offer. Valid only on purchases made at spiritualgangster.com. Offer not valid on gift cards and past purchases. Cannot be combined with any other discount, the Good Karma Club discount or special offer.

Please note the maximum value of the Good Karma Club points that can be redeemed in a single transaction is $40 (400 points). Additional restrictions may apply. Spiritual Gangster reserves the right to change or terminate this offer at any time and without prior notice.

Your points are available once your order is shipped. Please note that it may take a few minutes for your points to appear on your account depending on the transaction’s processing time with your financial institution.

Yes, points can be combined with certain sale promotions. Some exceptions may apply. For more details, please consult the Terms and Conditions of our on-going promotions.

If your order is cancelled and points were used, please reach out to us at care@spiritualgangster.com . Our team will be happy to assist you.

When returning one or more items, your points will be refunded back to your account. The ratio of added points will be the same as the ratio of the refund compared to the original amount paid for the order. If your points are not added back to your account, feel free to reach out to our customer care team at care@spiritualgangster.com . All purchases are subject to Spiritual Gangster's Return Policy.

Points will expire 12 months after they are awarded. No need to worry, we’ll send you an email with a reminder to use your points before they expire! 

When redeeming a discount code, your oldest points will be used first. If you receive a full refund for an order with the Good Karma Club discount code, your points will be returned back to you with the same expiration date as when they were initially earned.

As for the tier status, it will last 1 year from the date awarded on a rolling basis.

You will receive points when purchasing a gift card. However, you will not receive points for the amount of a purchase that is paid for with a gift card.

Points can be earned by leaving reviews on your Spiritual Gangster purchases. For your review  to qualify for points, you must be logged in to your Good Karma Club account or submit your review directly through the email requesting your product review.
