Her Journey Inward: Remy's Metamorphosis

"People are often surprised when I tell them that the reason I got so into wellness was because I was really unwell. At the time, I’d become so accustomed to tuning out what my body was trying to tell me. My life was so fast paced—the energy was always super intense, and there was no room for softness or slowing down. And it’s true what they say: Your body will find a way to communicate with you, one way or another. So, at first it was by force. Then, I started to really slow things down. And even though at first it felt like I was really falling behind, I was actually falling into alignment with what my body needed. My relationship with my body underwent a complete metamorphosis. And the funny thing is, the answers were there the whole time—I just had to turn inwards and actually listen."
