This Wednesday, June 21st is International Yoga Day. As a brand rooted in yoga (and first sold in a yoga studio in AZ!), we wanted to shine a light on some of our favorite studios throughout the US.

How do you plan to celebrate International Yoga Day?
I plan to celebrate IYD by meditating, going to Yoga, then head out to Sweet Izzy’s, my favorite vegan ice cream shop on Cape Cod!
Tell us a little about your yoga journey?
I started yoga in 1998 in NYC at Jivamukti Yoga, then moved to Cambridge and started taking classes with Baron Baptiste that same year. I have been practicing, studying, training, and teaching ever since! I have had many many great teachers, but Baron's methodology is the one that speaks to me the most! I teach Power VInyasa Yoga and am a Tier 3: 1200HR. Certified Baptiste Instructor. I opened Power Yoga Of Cape Cod in 2009 and have been here on the Cape ever since!
Anything special you want us or our followers to know about your studio?
PYCC is one of the best yoga studios around! Incredible community, beautiful space, and wonderful teachers! Everyone must come if they are visiting the Cape!
What is your favorite Spiritual Gangster piece?

How do you plan to celebrate International Yoga Day?
We throw a huge party on the rooftop of one of our yoga studios in Kansas City. About 600 people come out to celebrate the longest day of the year. We start yoga around 8pm and salute the sunset as it is setting for the day. We set intentions to soften our hearts and open our minds to make the world a better place.
What is your favorite Spiritual Gangster piece?
The one shoulder ribbed sets have been our go to this summer!!! Especially with all the fun colors!

How do you plan to celebrate International Yoga Day?
We plan on celebrating international yoga day by offering Free Community classes throughout all the studios. It will be a great way to show our gratitude for yoga and bring together everyone around the community.
Tell us a little about your yoga journey?
My yoga journey with Powerflow has changed the person I am and how I deal with day to day life. It helps relax and strengthen at the same time. I have made friendships to cherish for a lifetime.

Powerflow is a welcoming yoga studio offering several different types of yoga classes for all levels of students. We also have an amazing school of yoga as well as beautiful retreats.
What is your favorite Spiritual Gangster piece?
My personal favorite SG piece is the crop tee! It is the softest, tee that hits at the perfect length!

How do you plan to celebrate International Yoga Day?
I’ll be taking a yoga class after work with some friends at our Chicago yogaview location.
Tell us a little about your yoga journey?
I started my yoga journey 10+ years ago when I found myself overworked and totally stressed out from my fashion job. I took a vinyasa class with my bestie and never turned back. I found it to be a fulfilling outlet where I could leave my endless worries and stress at the door and focus solely on myself for an hour. There are so many things that I love about yoga but probably the biggest is that it’s easy to fit in a practice anywhere at anytime, all you really need is yourself!
Anything special you want us or our followers to know about your studio?
In this day and age where locally owned yoga studios are finding it harder and harder to survive in the landscape of corporate yoga, yogaview is celebrating 21 years in as Chicago’s independently owned yoga sanctuary. Yogaview offers a diverse range of yoga classes suitable for practitioners of all levels, from beginners to advanced yogis. Our class offerings typically include various styles such as Vinyasa, Hatha, Ashtanga, Yin and Restorative yoga. The instructors at yogaview are experienced and knowledgable, providing guidance and support to help students depend their practice and explore new aspects of yoga. The yogaview community is inclusive and supportive, attracting individuals from different backgrounds and with varying levels of experience- ALL are welcome! You can come to either of our yogaview studio locations OR join one of our classes all online. We’d absolutley be honored to be a part of your yoga journey.

I can’t get enough of the screen printed crop tanks. I just picked up the Love Your Mother crop tank and always find myself reaching for it in my closet.

How do you plan to celebrate international yoga day?
I plan to celebrate yoga by sharing practice with my yoga students and continuing to create awareness of the benefits of yoga every day!
Tell us a little about your yoga journey
My yoga journey began 20 years ago during my first pregnancy. Due to scoliosis my doctor said pregnancy would be difficult, so I looked for something to help with the anticipated pain and found yoga. Yoga classes helped to keep me strong, flexible, and nearly pain free through two pregnancies. I continued to take class and as my kids got older decided to take a course to teach yoga for kids. My love of teaching cultivated the desire to complete the 200-hour teacher training course and my journey came full circle when I completed prenatal training. I love to see the relaxed sense of joy that radiates from my students at the end of class!
