The summer heat is growing as we hit the streets of NYC with y7Studio founder Sarah Levey. Sarah is a girl after our own hearts…in 2013 she created a yoga studio that combines flowing in a candle-lit room to the best hip-hop beats and combines the power of heat and strength for the ultimate workout. Flow is such a beautiful and essential part of life, and music and yoga are incredible ways to break out of our mundane habits and explore our true selves.
