Get your sweat on! Exercise not only helps to release toxins from the body, but also stimulates endorphins and often times a zen-like state. Sometimes you just need to sweat out all the stresses of life and no one knows the stresses of balancing school, work, and health more than college students around the world. College is an amazing time to really hone what inspires us, motivates us, and even scares us on our journey to being the best versions of ourselves. That's why we teamed up with College Fashionista to bring the college students of New York a little peace, love, yoga, and yes, sweat, during our "Get Zen for the Holidays" workout event. Yogis connected, shared stories, and sweated during an awesome class at The Movement NYC.
