Matcha is a powerhouse of nutrients and benefits, including boosting metabolism, naturally promoting relaxation while heightening concentration, as well as reducing anxiety and enhancing mood. Matcha also has a high percentage of Chlorophyll, which naturally increases the blood's capacity to deliver oxygen and other nutrients to cells within the body, making it a powerful detoxifier. No wonder this wonder-food is popping up all over the health food stratosphere.


Using our favorite Matcha powder, we asked PANATEA to whip us up one of their favorite Matcha recipes.





1 scoop of PANATEA's ceremonial grade matcha

2 ripe medium-sized peaches, pits removed

1 sprig of rosemary

1 tablespoon of raw honey

1 1/2 cups of unsweetened almond milk

1/2 teaspoon of vanilla paste or extract

1 cup of loosely packed baby spinach

Ice (optional)



Add the ingredients to a blender

Blend until smooth

If needed, add ice and/or additional liquid (almond milk or water) to reach desired consistency.
