HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

We will gladly accept returns within 14 days upon receipt of the item.

* All items must be in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with the tags attached. Spiritual Gangster will gladly exchange or refund clothing in their original, unworn, unwashed condition with the tag still attached within 14 days of receipt of your order.

FOR AN EXCHANGE, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

1. Email our customer care department at customerservice@spiritualgangster.com and write "exchange" in the subject of your email. In the body of the email please include the following:
* First and last name
* Brief description of reason for exchange
* Order number
* Style, quantity, color and size you would like to receive in exchange.

2. Return your item to:

Spiritual Gangster is not responsible for lost packages.

Allow 3 business days from the time we receive your package for your request to be processed.

WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING FEES?

Shipping fees are based upon the amount of merchandise ordered and the shipping speed. Spiritual Gangster offers UPS ground, second day, and overnight shipping. Within the continental United States, UPS ground shipping is 5-7 business days. Unfortunately, UPS is unable to ship to PO boxes. Upon request, USPS shipping is available. International shipping is offered using USPS Global Express.

We try to ship all orders within 24 - 48 hours of receipt. In the event that an item becomes unavailable or is on backorder you wil be notified to change or cancel your order or to let you know when the product will be back in stock.

Only orders shipped to Arizona Addresses will have sales tax applied.
